A lifelong Omahan, Larry currently serves
District 3 of the Papio-Missouri Natural
Resource District as a Board Member.
Larry also serves the citizens of Nebraska
as a member of the Nebraska Environmental
Quality Council, appointed by Governor
Dave Heineman in 2005.
Larry's wife, Sylvia, practices pulmonary
medicine in the Omaha area. Larry and
Sylvia have a daughter, Bianca, and a son,
Xavier.
Larry is a veteran of the United States Army
and is a member of the American G.I. Forum,
Omaha Chapter and the American Legion.
Larry is completing his Ph.D. in Geography
at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
Larry has taught as an adjunct faculty
member at the University of Nebraska -
Omaha, where he was an instructor in
Environmental Geology.
